Teresa Murphy Costello


Teresa is a Reiki Master practitioner, Teacher, IET Master, Sound Bowl lover, Certified Crystal Practitioner, Animal Reiki Master practitioner and Intuitive Energy Healer who is dedicated to guiding individuals on their path to wellness. With a passion for helping others, Teresa offers healing sessions in person, at her beautiful office and virtually, ensuring accessibility for all.

Growing up in Ireland( childhood home in photo) Teresa was always interested in the healing powers of plants and people. Having a local healer know as the “bone setter” help her heal a very bad injury to her ankle as a teenager only peeked her interest even further.

“How amazing would it be to help people just like this gentleman did” she thought.

Fast forward many years later, Teresa has fullfulled her dreams of helping people on their healing journey by pursuing a career in the holistic field, receiving certifications in Usui Reiki 1, 2 & Master Level.

Teresa is also the proud owner of her own beautiful holistic space where she works one on one with those who seek her services.

Committed to empowering her clients through education and compassionate healing, Teresa invites individuals to experience the transformative power of Reiki and feel how energy can help us to restore balance and vitality in our lives.
